South East London born and raised, Elsie Packer is a stylist, photographer, and vintage store owner with a distinct eye shaped by a lifelong connection to fashion and storytelling. Raised around her mother’s extensive archival wardrobe—spanning Edwardian capes to 1970s tailoring—she developed an early appreciation for garments with history and character.

She studied Art and Design at the BRIT School, where she began creating experimental photoshoots with friends, laying the foundation for her visual language. She later attended UCA to study Fashion Promotion and Imaging, but after a year—while already working extensively as a stylist and photographer alongside her course—she chose to leave and pursue hands-on industry experience full-time.

On social media, Elsie's audience has grown organically on her social platforms for both her own personal styling advice and inspiration as well as her vintage capsule collections on Elsie's Archive. Her unique way of storytelling through her styling has lead her to work with brands including Urban Outfitters, Schwarzkopf and Monki.
