With her striking silver hair and natural elegance, Liza Licence represents a new era of conscious beauty. Born to an Anglo-Indian family and raised around the world due to her father’s army career, Liza’s global upbringing shaped her deep appreciation for diversity, authenticity, and compassion — values that shine through in everything she does.

After winning a national modelling competition at 18, Liza’s career flourished across fashion and beauty campaigns. Though she took time out to raise her two children, her passion for the industry never faded. During lockdown, she embraced a bold new chapter — growing out her natural grey hair and choosing to align her work exclusively with cruelty-free, natural, and plant-based beauty brands.

Since then, she has worked with a number of leading names including Charlotte Tilbury, No7, Avon, Dr Sam, Cloud Nine, Nip + Fab, and Skin Rocks, celebrating the growing movement toward ethical, inclusive beauty.

Now based in the Sussex countryside with her family, Liza balances her busy modelling schedule with a grounded rural lifestyle. She and her husband have created a small sanctuary for rescued animals — they now have a happy menagerie of six sheep, three cats, and now three rescue dogs from Greece, Bosnia, and most recently, Indonesia. She jokes that she’s become a “part-time dog walker” as well as a full-time mum, model, and animal advocate! When she’s not in front of the camera, you’ll find her tending her flock, capturing life through her lens, or practising yoga and running across the fields.
