Raised in Ireland and now based in London, 28-year-old New Machine’s (aka Adam Jordan) production talents have previously led to collaborations with the likes of Joey Bada$$, Jorja Smith, Kojey Radical, Maverick Sabre and Plan B (having also toured as Ben’s guitarist and ‘hype man’ for over 10 years). Adam is a prolific producer whose diverse taste in all genres of music - influenced by his West Indian heritage as much as his Irish - has carved himself a reputation that transcends all genres of contemporary music, including securing his name as a ‘sic' Grime producer with the likes of Kano, Wretch 32, Chip and Ghetts.
In 2016 Adam released his debut as a solo artist, ‘Dare 4 U’ feat. Aaron London which was an underground retro-pop hit, receiving critical acclaim from the likes of Fader, The 405 and RWD Mag and radio support from Zane Lowe, Julie Adenuga, Huw Stephens and MistaJam and more.
Having worked closely with Boohoo.com on both their women and mens advert campaigns in 2017, Virgin/ Universal signed New Machine in 2018 where he unveiled his first major label release in the form of a remix of ‘Chance’ featuring Hamzaa, with guest vocals from multi-MOBO award winner Shakka (after the pair met writing for Rihanna). The release package also included a WØLVES remix featuring Jevon.
As well as his impressive production and artist projects Adam has already featured in a recent Reebok campaign.
